Even though people and government of some west countries don’t know and like China exactly, but they have to admit that China now is the most safe country to COVID-19, and almost 90%+ industry are running properly as usual. When they were laughing at Coronavirus outbreak in China, they may not realize that it is same and fair when facing virus.

Anyway, Coronaviurs pandemic in Europe and USA has been more than 30 days since the first confirmed case was found in Italy. And after a month, the stats increased dramatically. The confirmed deaths might be the first time after the 2nd world war. Below are the latest statics from WHO updated to 15th of April.

After about more than one month, the statics are getting worse, and people, experts and government are all waiting for the peak coming. No one knows when the peak will come. Government have listed a detailed guidelines for employers when and which kind of business is able to return to work.

And those employers wants back to work must get the approval from local government and guarantee to keep the workplace clean and safe after return to work, before the full recovery command from the government.

Also, in the guideline, government outline what and how the employers to do in the case of any coronavirus symptoms or cases.

Adequate and rigorous preparation by employers

Employers have the responsibilities to keep the workplace clean and safe to coronavirus. In order to guarantee this, employers must keep those employees with any kinds of coronavirus symptoms to be reported and isolated on time, and find out those who have close contact to the suspected-coronavirus patient.

Yes, those may bring some bit additional cost for employers, but it is worthful. As many Chinese companies do,

  • Check the temperature with non-contact infrared thermometer to make sure everyone entering into to workplace without any fever;
  • Everyone in the workplace must ware face mask.
  • Disinfect the workplace every morning and evening before employees come and after employees leave.
  • Avoid the convocation with lots of people
  • Work home base if possible, or work with different shift avoiding many people in a small space;
  • Report to local health service department or CDC in case of anyone with outstanding COVID-19 symptoms;
